Christine Marian, Postdoc


Christine Marian was born and raised in northeast Ohio, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science at Malone University. She then continued her education under the direction of Dr. Richard Borch at Purdue University, where she studied the design and synthesis of novel molecular scaffolds with potential chemotherapeutic applications. After receiving her Ph.D., Christine joined the Dykhuizen lab as a postdoctoral researcher. Currently her work is focused on the discovery and development of small molecules with activity against epigenetic chromatin remodelers.
